Helpful Apps for Dog Owners

Helpful Apps for Dog Owners

New Smartphone applications are regularly released to make our life simpler and more effective. Even if your dog doesn't own an iPhone, they can still utilize them to their advantage. Here is a selection of some of the ones that have most impressed us.

Pet Desk

1.Pet Desk - In a very user-friendly manner, this app serves as a hub to connect your veterinarian, groomer, and/or boarder. For medicine or veterinary appointments, you can make an appointment and set a reminder. You can enter notes, images, documentation, and questions for your doctor! This software had over 26.6k ratings, received a rating of 4.8 stars, and is well regarded by both pet owners and pet care providers.

Dog Walk by Tractive

2.Dog Walk by Tractive - I don't know about you, but I find knowing how much exercise I am getting to be really motivating. This software can assist you in keeping track of a senior or injured pet who needs exercise regardless of their condition. You can keep track of the direction, length, and frequency of each walk you take your dog on. Even taking images for sharing with loved ones is possible with this app!

Manything

3.Manything - This app is intended for people who either don't want to invest in a complex or pricey camera to watch their pets or only sometimes require one. I can attest from personal experience that this tool was really useful. In essence, you download the app to your current phone and your backup phone or tablet so that you can use them both as cameras at any moment. Our greyhound was in a crate, so we didn't have to worry about the camera needing to get a wide perspective, which made it work extremely well for us.

Bring Fido

4.Bring Fido - Traveling with an elderly or injured pet can be challenging, and leaving them with someone who is not accustomed with their routines can be uncomfortable. This software may assist you in finding accommodations that welcome pets, which makes it quite useful for travelers. To explore what is available to you and your canine companion, simply search the location you are interested in. Even a filter to search for hotels without a pet fee is available!

Animal Poison by ASPCA

5.Animal Poison by ASPCA - Have you ever wondered whether certain foods or household items could hurt your dog? I've often attempted to recall whether I can offer our dog grapes or not by racking my head! (They're a lot of fun to throw in the air, but dogs should ABSOLUTELY avoid them.) The Animal Poison Control Center of the ASPA, which has treated more than 2.5 million instances of pets exposed to potentially hazardous substances, provided the knowledge for this app's list of more than 300 potential everyday hazards.providers.

Here are the 5 various applications that might make your dog's daily life more enjoyable. 20 years ago, could you ever imagine that you'd be carrying a computer in your pocket that could answer questions about your pets, serve as a camera when you're away from home, and record your walks? I am certain that I would not have believed it.

Keep checking back as we'll update you on the latest popular dog applications we discover! What do you anticipate they'll release next? Uber for canines? They might wish to postpone using the carpool option if that's the case!
